StockSentry ("the app", "we") helps Shopify merchants recover lost sales with back-in-stock alerts and pre-orders. This policy explains what we store, why, and how we handle it.
myshopify.com domain and the Shopify session/access tokens needed to run the app.A shopper's email is used solely to send the single back-in-stock notification they requested for that item. We do not add shoppers to a marketing list, sell their data, or send unrelated email. Each notification states why it was received.
We share only the minimum each provider needs, and we do not sell your data.
We keep data while the app is installed. When you uninstall, or via Shopify's
shop/redact request, we delete your store's data. A shopper's email is
deleted on a customers/redact request or once its notification is no longer
needed. customers/data_request returns any stock-alert email we hold for
that customer.
